4. Delivery Timeframes

❓ The result didn't appear in your personal account?

→ Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5);

→ Log out of your account and log back in;

→ Clear your browser cache;

→ Contact support with your order number.

❓ The file won't open?

→ Make sure you're using a suitable program (text editor for JSON/Markdown);

→ Try a different editor or IDE;

→ Contact support — we'll check the file.
